Scheduled Exploration Publishing
Publishing option lets you share your Exploration with Klera and non-Klera users. It creates a snapshot of the Exploration that can be readily used to share insights with other users, in a read-only mode.
Publishing option provides you with a shareable link and an HTML.
The HTML can be embedded in any portal like Confluence, or a website. Use the URL to open the Exploration in any web browser.
In the Published Exploration you can perform various activities like page navigation, view full-screen charts etc. To perform other actions like highlighting, filtering etc., you need to log into Klera and access the Exploration.
How to Publish an Exploration
- Go to menu bar, select File > Publish.
- An input form will open with the following details:
- Link you can share: URL which can be opened in a browser to view the Exploration in “view only” mode. This URL can be shared through email, chat etc.
- HTML you can embed: An HTML code snippet (an iFrame tag) that you can embed in-line in a web page. Once embedded, all the users of that web page will have view-only access to the published Exploration.
- Click on ‘Publish’.
 Note: A published Exploration is always view-only. |
Scheduled Exploration Publishing
You can publish an Exploration periodically on a schedule.
