Connectors

Klera supports Basic, OAuth 2 and Token based Authentication with system instances. Following is the list of system connectors available with Klera and their respective minimum technical specifications:

JIRA

  • Jira Software Version 7.0 and above for both Server and Cloud.
  • REST APIs should be enabled on the Jira Cloud/Server.
  • Klera allows multiple Jira Instances, however only one of them can be used at a time.
  • Establishing a secure connection (https:) with Jira is recommended.

 

SVN

  • SVN server version 1.8 or 1.9.
  • Local indexing for revisions over the last year, or the latest 100,000 revisions, whichever occurs first.
  • http: and https: protocol support to access the SVN server.

 

GitHub

  • GitHub Cloud.
  • GitHub REST API version 3.

 

SonarQube

  • SonarQube version 5.6.6, 6.3.1 or 6.5.0.
  • Correlation between SonarQube and GitHub repositories using GitHub, Jenkins and SonarQube continuous integration pipeline.
  • REST APIs should be enabled on the SonarQube server.

 

GitLab

  • Supports GitLab community edition 9.4.0.

 

ServiceNow

  • Supports following ServiceNow editions: Kingston, Jakarta, Istanbul, Helsinki and Geneva.
  • REST API’s should be enabled on the server
  • Supports ITSM (Incident Management, Problem Management & Change Management).
  • Supports REST API V1 & V2.

 

Salesforce

  • Supports the following editions with API access: Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition, Developer Edition, Performance Edition and Professional Edition.
  • REST API’s should be enabled on the server.
  • Supports the following standard objects: Accounts, Cases, Opportunities, Tasks, Leads, Campaigns, Products, Events and Contracts.

 

Artifactory

  • Supports Artifactory version 4.x and above.
  • REST API’s should be enabled on the server.

 

Bamboo

  • Supports Bamboo version 6.2.1 and above.
  • Supports REST API version 2.
  • REST API’s should be enabled on the server.

 

Bitbucket (Server Edition)

  • Supports Bitbucket Server edition from version 4.1 and above.
  • Supports Server & Datacenter variants both.
  • REST API’s should be enabled on the server.

 

Jenkins

  • Supports Jenkins version 2.72 and above.
  • REST API’s should be enabled on the server.

 

Jira Service Desk

  • Supports Jira Service Desk Service Edition version 3.9.1 and above.
  • Support Jira Service Desk Cloud Edition.
  • Supports REST API version 2.0.
  • Supports Cloud and Server editions.
  • REST API’s should be enabled on the server.

 

TeamCity

  • Supports TeamCity version 5.0 and above.
  • REST API’s should be enabled on the server.

Gerrit Code Review

  • Supports Gerrit 2.8 and above.
  • Supports basic, OAuth 2.0 and Token based authentication.
  • REST API’s should be enabled on the server.
