API Rate Limit: 300 requests/min/token

Supported Authentication: Token- based authentication

Steps to generate token from Smartsheet:

1. Click the "Account" button in the upper-right corner of the Smartsheet screen, and then click "Personal Settings".
2. Click the "API Access" tab.
3. Click the "Generate new access token" button to obtain an access token.

Copy this token and save it as this token will be required to run Smartsheet operations on Klera.

Steps to configure Connector on Klera:

To configure Smartsheet Connector using Token based Authentication :-

1. Enter Smartsheet cloud URL https://api.smartsheet.com/2.0
2. Select “Create New Account” and add user friendly name for account “Smartsheet Account”
3. Check "Pass Parameter(s) in Header" and enter followings :
   1. Token Parameter Key: "Authorization"
   2. Value: Bearer <Space> <Generated Token for Smartsheet>
   3. Check Pass Parameter(s) in header checkbox.
4. Click on “Save".
   IMPORTANT: Please make sure your Smartsheet(Cloud) instance must be accessible from the Klera Machine.
