Supported Authentication: Token Based Authentication

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your Zenduty instance must be accessible from the Gathr Machine.

To generate token for Zenduty connector for the cloud instance, follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Zenduty account. Navigate to your account page from the Zenduty dashboard in the top right corner.

2. Click on the API Keys section, and then click on Create a new API key. Give a name to your new API key and then click Create. Copy the newly generated API key and save it in a secure location.

To configure Zenduty Connector using Token based authentication, follow the steps below:

1. Enter HubSpot URL, for example: https://www.zenduty.com
2. Select “Create New Account” and add user friendly name for account for example- “Zenduty Account”
3. Check "Pass Parameter(s) in Header" and enter the following details

            Key :     Authorization

            Value :  Token <SPACE> <Your Token>

5. Click on “Save”.
